As a regular user of the A11 in Norfolk, I've unofficially surveyed the work of Morgan Sindall. The number of workers involved ranges from zero to 20 (the highest I've counted). So a fair average is 10 workers, which as they've closed 10 miles of road 'to keep the workforce safe' equals a mile each to work in. If only an individual with a modicum of sense worked at Morgan Sindall, they would realise much less disruption would be caused if they closed only the section they're working on at any given time. Alas such an individual hasn't been employed, so thousands of us can quietly suffer massive unnecessary delays.

Appalling customer service.. you can clearly see everyone who works there are unhappy!!.. been 24 days with no heating or hot water .. twice no one has turned up.. when someone did turn up was here 5 minutes and said would get a call back .. constanley chasing them when they do eventually answear the phone rude and unaplogetic!! Have to call on numerous occasions twice on emergency call out when the enigineer turned up said he wasn't gas qualified and would get call back avoid at all costs they have only now given me heaters after 24 days with no heating or hot water absolute joke avoid at all costs

absolutely disgusting. Left my auntie and my 3 year old cousin with no boiler for 2 weeks, they had an appointment today and did NOT turn up! It is an absolute disgrace especially this weather and it being so close to Christmas! Should be very ashamed of yourselves.

First call to them was Wednesday 8th at 9:30 am to say that we had no heating or hot water and was told it was put as a 24hr emergency. Still waiting for contact to be made despite a complaint, numerous calls and a management escalation. Appauling. Avoid at all costs if you can help it

You are the most shocking company I've come across. Took 28 days to fix my boiler. Now you've "fixed" it, it's now worse than it Was!!!!

Been told to wait til 28th Dec with no heating or hot water with an 11 yr old daughter with heart disease and a disabled husband what a joke.

What a joke two appointments for gas checks waiting in all afternoon taking days off work and no one turns up ring at 4.20 apparently there closed but hours are til 5
