Good dealers and aftercare. Bought an A1 in March 2023 (remote - delivered) but for some reason they forgot to transfer service plan to my name (service plan was included in the deal). Had to contact them again in September/October (after I had an service done in Milton Keynes and been told that my service plan is suspended because it was not on my name) to solve service plan issues. It was not so easy this time to get it done but, after few emails and phone calls, it was resolved with new service plan attached to my name this time. Thanks to Kevin and Sebina.
P.S. Car is good so far! (almost December 2023)

Guy who dealt with us didn't seem overly keen after I told him I wasn't looking to buy until spring next year

Just had my car serviced at Norwich Audi and was looked after by Jack Taylor in the service department who gave exemplary service. Transparent honest communication given and there are as no pushy sales agenda. Went above and beyond to help me with a few queries I had with my car too.

It can be a little frustrating trying to get to the place due to the road layout. Reception girls make this place as they are perfect, friendly, helpful, and professional. It's what I look forward to most when visiting.

My clutch went two weeks ago and I had my car recovered to Audi.
Considering this was dropped on them amongst all the other work they had on the service department did a amazing job even taking into consideration they had to wait for parts.
A big thank you to the ladies on reception who go above and beyond for customer service.

What a wonderful buying experience with Ben and Shaun... they know every bit and detail, they try and understand the customer first and only then provided the options. We went for a spin and I knew it all then that it's going to be the all-electric Audi GT and goodbye to the unreliable Range Rover. Fantastic team at Audi.

Initially very good
Work done on car and car cleaned
Had to clean the multiple smudges myself
The data device was left in passenger door even though it goes driver side
Had issues reconnecting it
Call garage and promised call back but no call
Call the call centre and useless is being kind,promised to deal with it
2 months later nothing.
For a premium brand some of the after sales service fell way short
Call centre staff can be abrasive
Good to see that only good reviews get a response
If customer service is important then respond to feedback that is not 5 star
For this I would have reduced review to 2 star

We were very happy with the service we received when buying a car. The whole process was really easy. Everything was explained really clearly so was easy to understand. Simon was very helpful and great to deal with. He was also very patient when we had a few queries.
We've bought an amazing car that we absolutely love. The car was delivered to us so great customer service. Can highly recommend.

Arrived at 8 and check in went smoothly at reception with polite and friendly service. Was introduced to Zoe who informed me of the service and MOT details. She was very polite and professional from the outset. I had a wait appointment and was pleasantly surprised at 9.30 when my car was ready including a complimentary wash!
Top marks to Norwich Audi who also supplied coffee to me throughout my short stay.
