Was told my package that I paid for next day was to be delivered between 14:00 and 16:00. No attempt was made saw on tracker he came close to my house but never to it.

Absolutely shocking service. Delivery failed because of a driver heading back to depot without attempting delivery. No communication to let us know, so we were sat expecting it. I turned up at the depot and rang the door bell numerous times in collections area, and had no answer despite seeing people walking in the office the other side of the door. After getting an answer I was left waiting for a further 20 minutes whilst they looked for the package they told me they knew the location of. Poor communication. Poor service all round.

3 failed delivery's two of which I have been in the flat no knock no phone call just a slip to say they had been didn't sign time or date. I'm absolutely fuming

Awaiting one parcel 5 attempts to deliver I asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour as they were going to be in on the day and guess what dx didn't even attempt to deliver I have a safe place but dx don't leave parcels in a safe place that need a signature sorry but I need to work will NOT use you again

Total useless delivery company!! Had 2 parcels to be delivered. One last week and one this week. On both occasions they have messaged me to say its out for delivery and both times failed to deliver. Asked me to pick a re delivery date.... and failed to deliver on that date aswell. I have emailed but had no response! Today i got a message saying "expected delivery between 16:20 - 18:20" i checked the tracking at 17:45 and its already back at the storage depot so looks like they have failed yet again... would avoid this company at all costs!! Usless!!

The tracking System was not accurate. I was waiting for an official document, I paid 17 pounds for next day delivery but I received 3 days after. Now that I received my item, instead of showing the late delivery as an evidence, the system says that "I have to rearrange the delivery since they missed me" according to it they had two redeliveries, which is not true. At least the courier man was kind. But I would never trust in this service.

I had 3 messages to state my delivery would be between set times. However no delivery and only why to contact was via email. What rubbish I should have been at least informed of delay and given a new time or date. But I waited in all day and no apology . So disappointed . Phone number but it refers you to live chat that’s not working. The organisation feels so unprofessional.

Very bad service no one calling us and they are rescheduling the delivery without asking us. I am at home all day but they did not deliver the item. They are misleading us with their message. There is no proper tracking no proper number and email for the complaint. Useless service.

Stay Away... Absolutely useless company. Same experience each time, Parcel gets to the stage of out for delivery and never shows up on the door... No messages to say why it failed or if it's going to be postponed. No chance of speaking to anyone regarding the issues as phone line is only an automated message and the live chat never works. I will say all three times the parcel has shown up about a week later... so it was delivered, just a shocking service. All round poor show.
