From the moment I first started interacting with Watsons Property Management (as a prospective tenant) back in April/May 2023; I can honestly say that - since the very first greeting, at the viewing - I have been thoroughly impressed with their service as a whole.
I feel compelled to give a special mention to Sheriden Ellis, Alex Clemmett and Thomas Palmer - all of whom have been quite instrumental in facilitating not only a successful move-in back in May but also, since then, they have each helped us navigate our way through a number of minor issues that have cropped up over the past seven months.
Hand on heart, I honestly cannot find fault with Watsons in any way so therefore it's a solid 10/10 from me!
Thank you to everyone involved in making all this happen; and wishing you a very successful year ahead in 2024.

Alex has always provided excellent service to us over the years, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent. He is incredibly thorough and excellent at communicating, he does a fantastic job providing support during a move.

Joseph has been extremely helpful, clarified any doubts/question I had, and sorted my home survey very quickly.
In addition, I appreciated that Watson Property Group showed to be professional: they gave me the time to evaluate different quotations before choosing them as surveyor company

Dave was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process. When we asked him questions, he was always very honest and transparent. I would definitely recommend using Watsons Property Group Ltd.

I got a house survey done by Watson's. While booking the guy (I think Lee) I was talking to explained everything in detail and didn't try to sell me stuff i didn't need like other companies which is ultimately why I choose them. They also quoted me the cheapest price. The survey was done to a high standard and the results were sent the next day. The survey went into extra detail on areas I was concerned about. I had a query about something on the report rang up and a lady read over the report and found the information for me. Both people I spoke to were lovely and very helpful. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Lee was so helpful when I phoned up for a last minute valuation. I was booked in with Ian and he was brilliant! Kept me updated as to when he would be coming and was so helpful. They both provided an excellent service. If I ever need anything like this again I will definitely be a retuning customer.

Our surveyor, John Garfoot, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. John wrote up a very thorough report, but also took the time to discuss it in detail over the phone. I highly recommend Watsons, great service.

Brilliant experienced from Lee & Diane for our valuation. Lee was prompt, knowledgeable and understood our requirements immediately. It made this aspect of remortgaging our home a dream. Diane was professional and swift with the report also. Everything was done in a timely manner with great care. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were polite and understanding from the start. The date had been arranged within a week of making the enquiry and was to take place within 12 days. Once the date was booked we received an email asking if we had any particular concerns/access issues prior to the survey taking place. We're looking forward to the outcome. I would recommend using this company due to the fair price and the efficiency of the staff.

I had a building survey completed with Watsons and overall was happy with the service. My reasons for 3 stars is firstly the fact the surveyor took several weeks to visit following payment, due to illness. This can't be helped but for client satisfaction you would have thought for a larger surveyor company, another would have been sourced earlier? I was only told the surveyor wasn't attending on the day circa lunchtime.
Secondly the report was detailed and really useful. However there were areas inaccurate that delayed my solicitors and caused all sorts of drama. For example the surveyor suggested a chimney breast had been removed and was potentially unsafe. Following a visit to the property it was still there hidden behind a plasterboard wall. Took me 5 minutes to establish this without any major investigations except following the internal course.
Thirdly I paid an extra £100 for a valuation which considering it was one line within the report was expensive to say the least!
Lastly I sent a follow up email and had a good chat with the surveyor, but after my first email with some questions I heard nothing back to conclude my open queries.
As I said though, satisfied but felt for the price paid could have been better.
