I used NHS audiology services situated in the Hear for Norfolk building. All the staff were very pleasant and I also managed to get a parking space in the rear car park although it was almost full at midday.

This was the first time that I've been to these premises, I was greeted with a warm welcome.
I was called into a consulting room, & the lady audiologist listened carefully & took notes of my hearing problem.
I was given a series of tests, & then into a sound proof chamber for more tests. She supplied me with new hearing aids & instructions, as well as literature to read up on.
I was very impressed with the service & professionalism.
I would recommend this organisation.

Very caring and respectful staff. No GP recommendation is required to book an appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes as no treatment was needed. £50 is reasonable for peace of mind.

This is the best place in Norwich to have wax removed, absolutely faultless and great at what they do. They are a charity but operate like a private clinic.

Absolutely brilliant service. The lady who did my ears was fantastic and explained everything. She really went above and beyond. The chap supporting her was very nice too so all in all..... BRILLIANT. So much better than the NHS/GP shambles.
